I am so excited to show you these simple changes today with our Seasons of Home Holiday Series, hosted by Ella Claire. Make sure and stop by the rest of the homes at the end of this post for some major Christmas Kitchen Inspiration.
It took two garlands to make it feel full and extend low enough to reach the plug so you wouldn’t see a cord from too high up.
After getting the lights strung I had some eucalyptus I had just bought at Trader Joes and I decided to add pieces to the garland to give it some life. After adding the green garland and eucalyptus it really set the tone for what I wanted the rest of our small kitchen to look and feel like. Christmas decor doesn’t have to be something you buy in a store or pack away and bring up every year.
Totally hid it with the wooden spoon and blends right into the subway tile #magic). This year I decided to purchase THESE nice Christmas Cedar Wreaths- they are actually faux.
I added THESE battery operated pinecone lights to the wreath, they look like a little cluster of ornaments.
I am still loving the Cushing Green from Benjamin Moore, it works well with my Christmas feel.
