DIY Blush Board and Batten Entrance

I cannot believe the response on this DIY blush board and batten entrance. Late yesterday afternoon I asked what colour I should paint our 3/4 board and batten in our entrance and while lots of you said grey, black and white, the majority said blush.

I was in luck as Magnolia Homes accidentally sent me 2 cans of “Ella Rose” two years ago. If you’re wanting to learn how we did the DIY blush board and batten, I will have details below. Although I loved the green, I didn’t like how the board and batten went all the way to the ceiling and the colour was beautiful but very dark as we don’t have a ton of natural light in our entrance. Much cheaper than buying the peg racks online that are super popular right now bit seem to always be out of stock – so make your own!

As for the actual blush board and batten wall, it was so super easy. This is probably one of my favorite projects to date as the pink is a super fun and unexpected color in our home. It was quite funny – before I styled it last night, I had a ton of inner turmoil.. but it ended turning out so beautifully!
