I had several questions so I called the customer service number and spoke with Flora. Based on my description, specifications and some random pictures. The catch is that due to covid and manufacturing I had to wait. She kept me informed the entire time during manufacturing process.
She arranged White Glove Delivery as this big bed had to be taken upstairs. I have chatted with KK on the website several times and they are extremely coordinated and friendly.
If I find another item elsewhere I will take a picture and share it with Flora to see if Kathy Kuo has it in stock or able to purchase.
