Mid-century furniture (ii) : Made where?

In the 1950’s, North American manufacturers obtained licenses to mass-produce Danish modern designs, hence the large availability on the 2nd-hand market today. If you can’t find a makers mark, or a control stamp, then chances are that it was made in North America.
