Here in the south, folks tend to go all out with Easter hams and formal gatherings. Dressing this space up for the season is a fun way to celebrate while still maintaining a simple and casual spring table. I love the neutral tone and rustic finish, but I felt like it needed some softening.
The neutral tone of the bunny, the light pastel eggs and even the table settings play a more supporting role, as far as color goes.
The faux Easter eggs I used for this centerpiece were purchased at Michael’s last season, but I’ve seen similar ones there this year. You can also add color and/or texture by layering pillows or throw blankets on dining chairs like I did here.
