We've bought a house, pre-construction, and are trying to find ways to optimize the space.The current Master bedroom, below, is quite large (13"3' x 16"6') and we were thinking about expanding the reach in closet to create a large walk-in closet (9"9' x 6") with the door on the left hand side, on the corridor that would be created at the entrance.

We would then move the door on the original walk-in closet to create an upstairs laundry room, which is currently allocated to be on the ground floor.We would make both of these pocket doors to save space.

Would this make our Master room too small?
