Jack and jill or two small en-suites?

We live in a charles church home and two of the bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom (200cm by 277cm).I personally find a jack and jill really annoying and doesnt give much privacy.I was wondering whether to split it into two smaller wetroom style ensuites, or blocking up one door so it’s an ensuite to just one of the bedrooms.What do you think?
