I love my plush navy carpeting, cheery yellow walls, and art inspired mostly by the beach.It was so different from my pink pink pink bedroom that I grew up with, and then my perfectly coordinated bedroom at home.

I keep thinking of my future bedroom as a “pink and teal oasis” and have been scouring Etsy and Wayfair for the perfect pieces when the time comes.

I think the way to tie in these ideas together is threading in a common color scheme-enter pink and teal.It’s funny that I’m going back to similar colors to what I had in my “big girl room” post nursery.
