Window Treatments for Short, Wide Windows?

We just moved into a home where all the upstairs bedroom windows are short, wide and higher on the wall than I am accustomed to.I am stumped as far as window treatments.No treatments is not an option, as the room gets too bright in the morning.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
